important information for customers in Canada and Sweden

We regret to inform our customers in Canada and Sweden that we have removed the ability to order from our website.

The reason behind this is the customs in your countries have continued to identify the contents of the orders we have been shipping and repeatedly destroyed the contents of the packets.

Although we do state in our terms & conditions that you are responsible for knowing your own local import laws there is a minority of customers who continue to complain and raise a dispute with credit/debit card companies over this problem. It is this small minority of customers who have spoilt it for the rest of the reasonable customers.

The good news is we are now working on a new method of payment and delivery method so the rest of the reasonable customers can continue to order from our website.
