Order acceptance

>. Payment with order only, (goods dispatched once payment made). We accept all major credit cards.

>.All orders will be sent using a standard delivery service by your countries postal Service. USA = USPS, UK = Royal Mail, You can also select to have your order sent using a secure delivery service with signature. This service is available at an extra costs. We do not offer a Next Day Delivery service as sometimes items may not be in stock.

>. We always recommend selecting the recorded delivery option. This option will require a signature upon delivery.

If an item is currently out of stock and there is going to be a delay of more then 7 days or more before the item is back in stock we will send an alternative product so you are not kept waiting for your order. An alternative product will be any product from the same or similar manufacture of the same value or more.

Free Gift Option

It is possible depending on stock and availability to select free products if you order meets a minimum spend amount.

For free DVD’s the spend amount must be at least £25 GBP.  Minimum spend excludes shipping and order amount before any discounts have been applied. For example if you spend £26 and apply a 10% discount code reducing your goods total to £23.40 this would fall below the required £25 spend.

The free dvd’s are limited to 1 DVD per order.

For lubes and condoms there is no minimum spend requirement but only 1 sample per order is allowed.

Delivery Schedule
We have recently changed our UK delivery method and now use a mixture of courier and royal mail for delivery.

Standard Delivery
Standard Delivery to mainland UK is currently being shipped via a combination of Royal Mail 48 Tracked. This is an economy service and will take an average of 2-5 days for delivery but can also take up to 7 days during peak busy periods. Orders will be delivered on Saturday.

Some areas of the UK will take a few days longer for delivery. These area’s include some selected postcodes but is not limited to the following areas. Aberdeen, Carlisle, Livingston, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Perth.

Faster Delivery
Royal Mail 24 Tracked. This is a 24 hour service and should take just one day for delivery but this is not guaranteed next day as this is Royal Mail we’re talking about.

Next Day Delivery – Secure courier
Next day service operates on Working days only. Monday to Friday. We do not offer a Saturday delivery service due to the high costs.

For Next day orders need to be placed as early as possible. We do try to send out any order placed before 3pm the same day but on busy days we can not guarantee same day dispatch.

Like our standard service some area’s of the UK we can not send next day due to selected locations. These include Aberdeen, Carlisle, Livingston, Glasgow, Kilmarnock, Perth.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Channel Islands Delivery If you live in one of these locations you will probably already know of the issues and delays experienced with delivery and mail in your specific locations.

The following areas will incur an additional cost/surcharge for delivery due to the locations and distance.

Same Day Dispatch – Although we advertise same day dispatch up to 3pm Monday to Friday this is not guaranteed.
Same day dispatch up to 3 pm only applies to in stock items and may also not be possible during busy periods. Stock levels on our web site may not be accurate.

International orders and local Laws – Before placing an order please ensure you have checked the law in your own country. If your order is shipped and stopped by the customs in your own country we will not be held responsible and no refunds will be given if your order can not be delivered.

>. All orders are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

>. If a product is not currently in stock we will place it on back order, most likely it will be back in stock with our next delivery.

Our of stock orders
When a product is out of stock and there are no plans to replenish the stock we will ship out an alternative product from the same manufacturer where possible.
You would expect to receive your order in 3-7 working days. Sometimes there is issues beyond our control, Although 90% of orders are received within 3 days, you should allow 28 days for delivery of your order.

>. Right to change your mind. You have the right to change your mind within 7 days from the date of order. If you have received your order and have not opened it please return the goods to us. We will refund you minus postage costs. If you have received your order and opened it we will not refund any orders.

Refunds. If a refund is agreed these conditions will apply.
1. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. All returns must be in a re-saleable condition.
3. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Postage will not be refunded.
If we have not been able fullfil your order within the 28 days stated we will refund with no admin charges.
5. We send qualifying orders free to the UK, if a refund is requested for any order we have sent for free we will deduct £7.50 per order for postage & packaging.
If you paid for next day delivery, it will be deducted from the refund. Postage charges on dispatched orders will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for all delivery charges when returning orders to us. We suggest you use Royal Mail’s Recorded delivery and obtain proof of postage. We can not be held accountable for items not sent recorded/registered/special delivery.

Returns: Our returns address is supplied with all orders to customers once logged into your account.
