Our primary payment method is debit and credit card processing. The name will appear on your statement / transactions as Jolt Aromas Ltd.

Sorry, at this moment in time we only ship to customers within the UK.

Yes, we use plain jiffy style padded envelopes for all orders. As a requirement from Royal Mail we have to include our return address which will be printed on the top of the package near the post mark.
Nobody can see or tell what the contents inside the envelope are.

Our hours for processing all orders are:

Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30 

Once the order has been processed it is handed over to our chosen delivery partner who will aim to deliver your order within 1-3 days. 

If you place an order outside of these hours it will be processed on the next working day, excluding national holidays and bank holidays.

Yes, you will be emailed a dispatch confirmation containing a tracking reference once your order has been dispatched. 

We recommend creating an account on our web site. Not only will you be able to see your order status but it will make all future orders faster and easier. 

Yes, we offer a click and collect service from our office and unit in Redditch. If you are local to us or able to get to our premises we offer this service.

Yes, If you're lucky enough to live near our unit (Redditch B98 0RD) you're welcome to visit us and make a purchase directly from us.

We accept all major credit and debit cards at our unit.
